Delete your data
Last updated:
You can ask me to delete the personal data I hold about you at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
On this page
What you can ask me to delete
- Your Revenue Strategy Blueprint answers and result
- Your Zero to App sign up
- Your request from the Brandz page form
- Messages you sent me on WhatsApp, by email or on social networks
- Booking details from my Google Calendar page
- Project data that the law does not require me to keep
How to ask
Write to contact@brandz.tech or message me on WhatsApp. Give me the name and the phone number or email address you used, so I can find your data. You do not need to give a reason.
If I cannot tell that the request comes from you, I may ask you to confirm it from that number or address. I only delete data at the request of the person it belongs to.
What I do
- I delete your data from my inbox, my WhatsApp and any other copy I hold within 30 days.
- I confirm by message once it is done.
- Data saved in your own browser (your language, sound setting and course progress) never reached me. Clear it in your browser settings.
- If you accepted analytics cookies, press Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Reject. Google Analytics data is not linked to your name.
What I must keep
Invoices and accounting records for clients, for the period the law requires. I keep only what the law asks for, and delete the rest.
If you are not happy
You can complain to your data protection authority. See your rights in my privacy policy.
